Kuriorates adaptive trait

I always play Marathon, but I think the last time I used an Adaptive leader, it was between turns 250-300 that I was able to change it.

I was Cardith Lorda of the Grigori though, so that was likely one of the few instances where it was immediately useful.

I don't know if this is possible to implement, but I could really use a mouseover description of the traits when selecting for Adaptive. My memory is terrible and I tend to forget what some of them do.

Changing the initial Adaptive trait is a very simple edit to the leaderheads file. Just search for the leader, then go down to the <Traits> element and replace PHILOSOPHICAL with CREATIVE or whatever you want.
