I thought it might be the my graphics driver for the Radeon RX480 but after several updates the issue it still there.
All leaders have this weird texture problem, there's this grain/ flickering pixels all over them, most visible on the skin. It's really annoying and clearly not how it's supposed to look. I can't find any real information about this, the only thing I turned up is a Steam post describing the problem and saying I should set MSAA to 2 or turn it off completely. I did that but didn't see much improvement (although it seems slightly better this way) .
I have tried all the different settings, activating and deactivating the "override application settings" in the graphics driver but the issue remains. Any ideas how to solve this? Is this a known glitch?
