leader appearing 2 times in scoe box

in "Final Frontier" scenario i experienced this: Kanji Takeno made a second appearence in the box score(in orange,like another leader).
I could have talked with him,made exchanges,etc...I don't think it was normal,but in case let me know

Well, this isn't 'the bug'. The 'bug' (if it is one) is that colonies that get split off can have the same leaders as ones that are already in-game. So I'd say that this is just the colony issue again.
