Ok, say I want to make a copy of Hammurabi of the Babylonians and touch him up to look like Castro for my Cuban civ.

First, can I copy him so I don't have to go over the Babylonians to make the Cubans?

Second, can I edit the actual pictures of him to look like Castro and still have it run smoothly like the ones provided in the game? This probably would need a special program, right?

You can change the leader face, but you have to be a very good grpahics guy to get the 'moods' right.

I would use the same moods as the Babylon guy, just change a few things... like give him a mustache and change his Modern outfit to Castros military uniform.

I have 3 more questions:

Is there a morphing program simulating their actions and mood changes with only a pic for each mood or is there a different pic for every single frame?

What kind of stuff do I need to open the files and edit them?

Where are the pictures stored on the comp?
