I am either being redundant or overly ambitious - has anyone ever given thought to giving each leader a voice to use as he/she speaks? Would it be difficult to record someone speaking all of the lines that for instance, Ceasar would say and apply them as an .mp3 or something to be played at the appropriate time? To be honest, when Civ4 first came out I half expected them to have voices, with the subtitles also in case we got sick of hearing them...
Maybe we can compile voice overs from all of the different countries that play Civ. Someone from Germany do Bismarck, etc...so we have authentic dialects.
Anyone else think this would be worth it? Or am I criminally insane...
