Left Click and Drag Won't Move Map

Hey guys,

I've noticed an issue since the latest patch where clicking and dragging isn't moving the map. Occasionally it will move the slightest bit but never more than a couple times in a row. Has anyone else experienced this or has a fix?

I am also experiencing this problem today! It's driving me bonkers! It was just fine for the first 10 min or so then I had to use the mini map for my navigation. I guess I could also use the arrows on my keyboard.... but I am so used to just left clicking and dragging.
