Lens for Empire Overview

One (of many) thing that I've wanted since I started playing Civ was a complete overview of the empire in a high level summary so I could see what was being build and what I needed to build. IMHO this 'Lens' (to use the Civ6 term I think) will be even more necessary with the complexity of CIv6.

This is just an Excel-sample of the concept using Civ5 terms

Washington has built a Shrine and Temple. It could build an Arsenal, but isn't because it's building an Armory

Philadelphia could build Walls or Barracks, but is building a Shrine



The other obvious groupings would be Food, Science, Production, others

This exists in Civilization IV, and is perhaps one of the most useful things.
