Loaded mods aren't active

When I try to play a game with mods, they're not active when I have entered the game.
I always load my modded saves from the MODS option, and the mods I am using are:
Yet (not) Another Earth Map Pack by Gedemon
Ingame Editor by DonQuiche
and
Eras - Renaissance by BlouBlou
It's the first time I'm using the Eras - Renaissance mod, but even if I don't have that mod loaded I still don't get any other mods to work, so I don't think there is an compatibility problem.
I have tried restarting the game several times.

Any solutions or theories?
 
Having the exact same problem. Let me know if you figure it out...
 
I am having the same issue. I install and activate the mods, but once I get in the game, it becomes clear that they are not actually active. Mostly I have been trying to get Civilization Nights to work, but I've also tried Infoaddict, the Canadian civ, and Building Made Fun, all to no avail. I also tried the troubleshooting instructions that are in the Civ Nights description.

I have a version from Steam that came with many of the DLCs, but not Gods and Kings (and am specifically using non-G+K mods). I'm using version 1.02.21 of Civ, DirectX 11, and Windows 7.
 
I managed to figure it out... I was using a mod that adds more religious symbols. I forgot what its name was, but it did obviously not work well with the other mods I was using. That's probably the problem you have as well. I suggest disabling a couple of your mods (if you have many) and see if it works.
 
I figured that might be an issue, so I've only been enabling one at a time. Thanks for the reply though.
