Loading a tutorial saved game???

I've been playing the special tutorial mode untill the point where i need to find another civ (I'm heading west). I saved the game and exited.

When I tried to load the game later it doesnt start in tutorial mode, just as a normal game?

I go to the special tutorial mode (civ 4 restarts to get to thisz), but cant load the game as the tutorial has started from the beggining again and there is no load game option in the menu, and ctrl L doesnt do anything??

I don't want to start the tutorial all over again - please help

You can not save tutorial games.

yes you can save tutorial games as I have!!!

I have loaded it in the "normal" (non-tutorial) game section and carried on the game, but without the advice from the little Sid guy in the corner waving his arms.

I've now found Ghandi and built 3 cities on this very small (so far) map.

So are you really telling me I can't load and continue in Tutorial Mode?

The game will still save & run - but not in tutorial mode - so in a nutshell, you cant save tutorial games.

You have to restart them if you want to continue any Tutorial

To answer this question for anyone else who had this "problem", the tutorial isn't actually as long as I thought.

I basically restarted the tutorial, played quickly through all I had already done, then found out I only had a few turns left to go and the tutorial was over....!!!
