Loading the Warhammer Mod

I am having a small problem with loading the mod. It is saved in the Warlords section in the MOD folder. I load the MOD in the same old way-Advanced-Load MOD-select Warhammer. It appears to load. Yet, when it comes to selecting a civilization, I have the standard selections.

What else should I try or do?

you can make a direct shortcut to the mod, just add "mod= WFB-Warlords" (without quotes) to the target path of your Warlords desktop shortcut and you have to choose custom game I think
