They were on the "Best of Web" pack that came with Civ II: Multiplayer Gold Edition. I don't have my CD anymore, or the computer it was installed on. I just bought another copy of Civ 2 off ebay.
I'd like to find the one where you're on Mars and lost contact with Earth. CO2 Laundry replaces Temple, etc. and the goal is to make contact with Earth. I can't find it with a web search. There are a couple of others based on historical events, but I'm not as worried about them because WW2, the Civil War, etc. all have multiple scenarios.
