looking for a quick way to edit technologies

i am looking for anything to be able to edit techs, but have so far found nothing, all i want to do if it is possible is to edit future technology to have it add +1 food and +1 production to each city. If this is possible anyways, anyone know of either an editor to do this or a step by step guide on how to do it?

What you want is not possible by a "simple" edit. There are not relevant XML tags present, so one would need to go into Python or SDK.
