Looking for an old succession game

It was a succession game where they had the rule that they could not take enemy cities, except capitol and maybe FP. They played a cultural game with communism and propaganda, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Anyone have an idea what SG I'm looking for?

I would think so, since I've never really used other Civ sites. I thought it might be one of Sirian's SG's. The idea has been around, because there is another SG with the exact same rules that never really started. And it mentioned Sirian as example. I've tried to go through all of them, but unfortunately I can't find it if it's there.

Variant Rule: We are passive and can never attack an enemy city directly -- no bombarding, no attacking, nothing. We can attack units in the open, pillage, declare war to our heart's content, but no attacking cities. Ever.

That was an interesting read. It wasn't the same game though, for starters they lost. They made a mistake I think by switching between democracy and monarchy all the time. They didn't use communism in combination with propaganda.

Closest thing I found was, also from LotR, LotR13 Schizo SGers. They played a lot of these games. But still it isn't that game I remember. I really doubt now whether I read it on civfanatics.

It's an interesting variant and I think playing a SG with some modifications to the rules would be fun. Conquest is possible I think if you allow the razing of the palace and the FP.
