Looking for certain Civ 6 mods.

Okay so I bought Civ 6 and all dlc recentry on sale, to my dismay I didn't buy it through steam (don't like steams layout or servers) but woth that mistake I can't mod and I hear their are a lot of anime themed Civilizations mods (mods to add new Civs to play) now I want to appease the in error ween ins does me so I was wondering if their are any wothout the steam workshop, how to download mods from the workshop and aSD them to a non steam game, or at the very least explain how I can make my own Civs (harder for a nodding noon like me I'm sure.

So yeah if anyone has anything they can give or show to help identify appreciate it. Peace >v<

Sadly I can't run some of the programs, my shared desktop isn't letting me install Visual Studio

Install visual code instead. Try also portable versions of the apps.
