Looking for WWII scenario/mod

A long time ago, I saw a pic of a mod/scenario for WWII, involving only Europe. Since then, I've completely lost it, and cannot find it. Nowhere. And the ones I find here all all either for the whole world, or for Eastern front only...

Would anyone have information about such a mod/scenario?

Was it Nexxo's ww2 european front? That and Storm over Europe are the only ones I know. Maybe there are older games though.

Could be... but I seem to remember the map I saw had only Europe...

Was it Paasky's WWII Europe: Small, Fast, & Beautiful? It does include some of North Africa and the Levant, but is quite Europe-focused. It's also old, fitting the "a long time ago" criterion.
