Mac - Please insert game disc error

I just bought Civ 4 and BTS for my new mac on Game Agent. Civ 4 is working fine but when I try to start BTS I get a "please insert game disc" error. There is no game disc!! I tried installing patch 3.19 but that did nothing. Please help.

UPDATE: apparently its 3.19 thats causing this problem. I reinstalled with the patch and it worked find. Is there anyway to get the patch without getting this error.

Be sure that you install the Mac version of the patch. Download it from the Mac forum here. Then unpack it and run the installer. The in-game patch installer tries to install the Windows patch (Aspyr has never corrected this problem). It will then tell you that it installed the patch and indicate that it is installed but it won't be there. Also, unlike the Windows version Mac 3.19 still requires the disk to be in the drive to start the game or, if you have a download version, the proper connection to the download source.
