Serious Host Mode: The host (game master), CivGeneral is not participating in this game. He is merely hosting the mafia game. Hosts (game master) cannot participate as the citizenry nor as the mafioso due because he has extensive knowlage on who is the mafia (because the host obviously chose them) and would be unfair to the players if the host partisipated along with the mafiosos and citizenry (Which is why hosts/game masters tend to sit out and not be counted in the rosters of the citizens). Any votes to CivGeneral will be counted as abstain. And if you did not do the format of Unvote: Person A, Vote: Person B, your first vote will be counted (Using Seon as an example: His vote for Nictel will be counted, however his second vote for abstain will not be counted unless he notes it otherwise to make it valid)
