Major Graphics Bug

I have less severe problems with my graphics but even on low, when I load a game, I have to scroll around in order to get the terrain to reveal itself. I assume its my integrated GPU but I want to be sure.

You might try to allocate more memory to the graphics "card" With 8GB total it won't hurt to give it one or even two GB to use (if that's possible, and you haven't already tried that).

And/or try a more recent driver.

IDK how since my RAM is all DDR3 and the card is integrated. Also, Windows just told me my drivers are up to date. Is there anywhere else to look for drivers compatible with the Radeon HD 7560D?

1 - you need to check for driver on this http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/
(19.4.2 probably will be your choice)
2 integrated video card (i assume your integrated) use system memory so you need to go into BIOS and look for framebuffer or dedicated memory for video card and add more :)

Thanks for the driver info. How do I access BIOS? I have Windows 8.1 OS. When I looked up BIOS it isn't used much anymore...

your hardware please - i look what it can be.
and - maybe your pc use uefi - it is different story and if it is case then you will need to google it....

My CPU as an A8-5500 while my graphics card is an integrated Radeon 7560D. There is a total of 8 GB DDr3 RAM. I posted my Dxdiag on the previous page.
