make civ startup with a mod loaded

How do I tell civ to automatically start up with a mod loaded? I have the steam version of the game.

If you have a saved game from using the mod, just locate the save file and open it, it will just load your game and send you straight to it without having to go through any menus.

There is a line in the civilizationIV.ini file for setting a default mod. The default is Mod = 0 for none. If you change it to Mod = Mod\modname modname will automatically load everytime you start Civ IV.
