Making Civs

How do you make new civilizations? (Preferably without overwriting other ones)

I have vanilla CivIII.

If you mean leaderheads, check out the library - there's more then enough already made & tutorials explaining how to add them.

Simply use the editor to rename Civs, cities, leaders, etc. as well as adjust various attributes.
