A minor point, but when I captured a city with Scotland Yard I was surprised that it survived the capture. I checked the Civilopedia and discovered that it is now included in the Buildings section and not the Wonders.
On page 46 the manual mentions Scotland Yard as a wonder and compares its creation by a Great Spy to building a shrine with a Prophet. A better comparison would be using a Great Scientist to build an Academy.
