Many bugs 1064 beta

I just had to stop about turn 150 in a 10 player game on emperor.
The bugs were increasing every turn.
At first, I couldn't click on or interact with any city states.
Then, the F4 screen said I had not met any city-states.
Later, production was not appearing in the city windows from the world view.
Then I couldn't get a city to change production without saving and reloading.
I finally had to stop when I captured two cities in Persia and I ended with the next city of my own that I opened up became puppets.

There is some malfunction in the prioritizing of decision windows.
They get stuck on one matter and if I don't know how to reply, it gets stuck or inserts the selection button at the wrong place.

I did use a few minor mods that I have always used with VEM and haven't caused problems.

By the way, the turn times start off quick and by turn 150 are about 5 minutes.
Vanilla is 5 times faster late game.

I will try this one more time without any other mods enabled.
 
Did this start after capturing a capital city that cannot be razed?

I suspect this is a single bug with the "generic popup" control. In the beta testing I've been trying to hide the popup when we capture a city which can only be puppeted, and just automatically puppet the city.
 
I too have been experiencing the same errors with city states and the diplomacy window. I made a post for the 106.2 beta with this info but the same problems are persisting in 106.4 This is my Lua Console after loading the game then clicking on my city state ally and not being able to interact with it (is also a militaristic ally which was the same type I had an issue with in 106.2)

Um actully I am unable to copy the text from the firetuner to anything, nto sure why :(
 
I redownloaded 104b, cleared cache and mod user folder and started up another game.
I played up to turn 100 and the same errors were accumulating.

Re the capture city puppet popup, what happened is that I didn't see any option to puppet. I selected by capital and then the pop up came and said, would you like to make this city your puppet or raze it? Then it did the same after I captured another foreign city to my second biggest city.

The main problem that's occurring is that the database for the city-states is very confused. After 20 turns or so this began occurring. First the CS froze up and you had to access through F4. then the F4 screen only showed the city-states that were friends or higher and blinked: "You have not met any City-States"
The friendship points and the nature of the CS (maritime militar, etc) were all out of agreement between what I saw in F4 on the map and in the top right diplomacy button.

I could only access the original 4 city states that I was a friend/ally through the F4 screen the rest of the game. The diplomacy screen up right displayed erratic data such as that Bucharest was a maritime state and I was at war with them even though i was allied in F4. ?????

Finally around turn 90 I began losing ability to select cities and go on. I would tell a city to build x and then press the next button. The next button opened up that city all over again and asked me to make another selection. I kept making the same selection until I just saved it and reloaded. That I gave me 1 turn to operate before the same problem arose.
 
To copy-paste, sometimes the tuner is a little fickle and you might need to alt tab to/from it a few times to get its focus.

Check if this problem still persists in the v106.5 beta I'm releasing later today.
