I feel like this a dumb question, but here it is:
I just finished a game of Earth / 18 civs, and had a blast (played as India and ended up with a space race victory and a very nice little Empire centered around the Indian Ocean).
I want to play the same kind of game, with 18 civs on a huge Earth map, with a different set of civs. So Babylon and Native American instead of Persian and American, if that makes any sense.
How do I do that? I've tried downloading various map editors, but none of them seem to work. It's also important to me that the civs all start in historically accurate locations, not just scattered at random around the map. Is there a way to do this with some kind of custom scenario? Or can some just point me in the direction of a good map editor with a simple explanation of how to use it?
