Here's a very simple scenario I've put together. I don't know if it's even worth it, but it does take about half an hour or so to get together if you were to do it yourself, so consider it time saved.
Simply put, the game is now twice as long - there are 1,000 turns. Likewise, all civilization advances cost twice as much and most other turn-based values have also been doubled.
Workers' jobs are 50% longer, and settlers cost twice as much. However, all units and buildings remain the same in terms of their cost.
I've tried to get the turns and years to match up, but you'll probably be way ahead of the date in terms of technology - industrial age by 1200 or so.
Anyway, I hope someone finds this interesting. I like playing on this map as you get a chance to make full use of every unit and option. Also, from what I hear, Civilization IV will include options to not only change the map size but also the game length.
