Marsh and Rainforest get Appeal on Conservation - Marsh and Rainforest get Appeal on Conservation

I hate that Conservation civic doesn't discourage players from conserving Marsh and Rainforest when that civic, you know, aims to protects the environment. I also hate that you have to remove Marsh and Rainforests to make Preserve district work.

What my mod does is:

Natural History civic - Adds +1 Appeal to Rainforests and Marsh
Conservation civic - Adds +1 Appeal to Rainforests and Marsh

Rainforests should give appeal even without the civic. Surely everyone loves a forest with wildlife.
