Master of Mana Sourcecode .h .cpp

Hi,

I'm planning on trying some C++ modding and was going to use Master of Mana as my starting point.
I could find the dll file in the mod folders but not the C++ Source and C/C+* Header files.

Has the Master of Mana source code been made available?
If so, where can I find it?
