Still what's so funny?
Matzah is a "bread" made of solely water and flour (without any other ingredients).
It is very alike to wafer.
Matzahs are eaten by jews during Passover to comemorate that during their Exodus (escape) from Egypt they had no time to make real bread and had to bake these only hot rocks.
Also Matzah is a simbol of humility since it's flat (opposing the round bread).
