[NFP] Maya cities showing obelisk-monument instead of mesoamerican monument.

Hello, as the title implies, Maya cities use the old monument style instead of the one introduced later in the game for mesoamerican and native south american cities. This was also shown in the first look video for the Maya.

Was this intended to be the case?
