The original Metroid for NES was my favorite one, although the SNES version was an excellent game.

I don't see why people like Sonic so much. His old games were not that good and his new stuff is horrible.

IMHO Sonic's 'New' game is the only good platformer on GC. I never liked Metroid, In fact, for games I own, its way down there, right next to Armada. Although Metroid Prime is looking good, (no matter what the critics say.) But I am a fan of FPS's\RPG's\Strategy

I don't see why people like that, frankly, stupid hedgehog. His games stink, and besides, most of the early ones are on a bad system. Anyway, I actually haven't played Metroid. I guess that's something I need to fix, eh? I am looking forward to the GCN game, though.

Well, he can run really really fast, and his hair is spiky. That's all the "cool" he has. Mario is an obese plumber that goes down pipes to eat shrooms to grow higher. Now THAT is cool!
