Microsoft Works Word Processor Help

Works just crashed on me mad:!!!) while I was typing up a document (still untitled, I hadn't saved it yet). Is there anyway to recover the file? I haven't closed the application yet just in case (it's not responding though).

Nope the only way to recover files is if you already saved it. Sry thingy is dead and gone

Does works have some sort of autosave feature? MS word will save the file as a temporary file, and when you open word the next-time, it will 'recover' everything up until the last autosave.

My computer teacher always taught me that before I even type anything, I save it.

what ainwood said about the autosave thing. if it doesn't recover it when you re-open works (or have automatically saved it as your document name), i think it's gone forever.

and from now on, never use works again, ever.
