Is there any way to play minor leaders from the scenarios?

Isn't there a minor leaders modmod for base FfH? I hate minor leaders so I don't remember too clearly, but I thought someone made one.

Very old, hasn't been updated in a few months. It's the root for the Minor Leaders in all three mods I mentioned, and is by Notque.

It might be overkill to use a Modmod, just to get the Minor Leaders. You can simply change the XML-File to add them.

You need to add the Leaders to the the

Assets\XML\CivilizationsCIV4CivilizationInfos.xml.

The Leaders-Entry is close to the End of the civilization-Block.

The Leader-names can all be taken from the

Assets\XML\CivilizationsCIV4LeaderHeadsInfos.xml.

Sometimes they appear as part of a breakaway colony for example and in a game-mode like High to Low you could theoretically play them without any modding.

Yes I saw a Kuriote minor leader take control once. I'll assume its the same for the rest.
