I remembered seeing this video when I started up new BTS games long ago. However, I no longer see this video now on all my new games. It could be because I have changed some game settings somewhere, but I am not sure what.
Probably Civ4 modders would know what to do to reenable the "Dawn of Man" video. After all, most mods do not have this video during game startup.
