mod and restarting

is ther a command line i can enter at the sortcut so i dont have to restart my game over again i seem to get some stupid bug where the restart doesint always work and i have to do it like 6-10 times in a row to get it to work

any help be greatly apresiatied

I don't know of one, but I agree with you -- it's stupid to have to restart to load a mod.
