mod broke non-moded Civ V - help

I have installed a few mods, more that the mod screen displays in fact. One of the ones I installed today removed the building queue completely. Not only that the queue is not appearing when I try and play without mods.

How do I get Civ V back so I can play it? Then I can try and figure out which mod is causing the problem,

Go into steam library, righ click civ v, choose properties -> local files -> verify cache integrity. It should check to see if any of the base files have been altered and download the correct ones for you.
