Mod Commission?

I don't know if anyone here who makes mods would be willing to take a commission or two *Snip*. What I have in mind shouldn't be anything too insane, it's mostly graphical/UI based and shouldn't affect gameplay.
Please DM for more details/if interested. If you happen to know of mods that already exist that accomplish what I'm looking for, please be willing to share them.

Well, I had gotten the mod in question made in response to this thread, and I need some help with tweaking something about it, but I haven't been able to get in touch with the mod's creator again. I was hoping to find a capable modder who'd be willing to help me out with a version 1.1, if you will.
