Mod loading on saved games issue

After some work I finally got my 151 mods to load when I start a game. And soon after I discovered that now any mod with <AffectsSavedGames>0</AffectsSavedGames> refuses to load when I load save files. I have looked up other people having the same issue and it seems like it is caused by dependancies in modinfo. However, I don't really know which mod is causing the issue. What should I be looking for in the logs? (and which log file)

Database & Modding logs - look for any lines with "Error".

The problem is that there are a lot of lines with "error" and most are from mods that have properly loaded before. Is there some way to tell which errors are the ones that matter?
