please, read this topic from the begining, there was some1 with the same problems like u have.

I saw it but do not understand it I need an explaination in straight English of what to do. I am not a computer Gru or even close to it.
 
I figured it out MY SELF and it now works. You computer Gru's should realize that a simple: WHEN YOU EXTRACT MANY ZIPPED FILES (1500) (A MOD) A LITTLE YELLOW FOLDER WILL BE CREATED IN THE MOD DIRECTORY AND ALL THE FILES WILL GO INTO THAT FOLDER. A SIMPLE ENGLISH EXPLANATION LIKE THE ABOVE SENTENCE WOULD HAVE MADE LIFE VERY EASY FOR A NON COMPUTER PERSON. Try to think that some of use need to be lead by the hand. I did not know the above would happen so when you showed me the picture for the directories I thought you had to CREATE A NEW DIR. IN THE MOD DIR. NAMED MAXRIGAMOD: How the hell would I know that extracting a file auto creates this dir. Noone bothered to explain it.

7 - 3 new buildings - military academy, navy academy and special forces academy
8 - new unit - special forces ( spetsnaz as UU for ussr/russia )
9 - Yamato battleship unit as UU for Japan by ArdRaeiss
10 - new zeppelin unit by Chamaedrys
11 - it's taking 3 times longer now to wait cottage becames town etc
12 - new f18 model by The Conquest
13 - counter espionage. two new UU units - KGB and CIA spies and new global unit - Counterspy (it sees other spies and can kill it during war time)

!!! - new russian/american/european flavor system for units. For example - Japan builds ( and researches ) pro-American weapon as well as China pro-Russian.
!!! - new diplomacy window shows now military generations !!! ( huge thanks to BlackSun )

Oh, and I forgot to tell you. I was going to request an Avenger SAM of which there should be two units- an American Avenger, and a Chinese Version, but how to differentiate between the two. Also I think the American one should probably be made a little bit better to reflect the American technology lead. What do other people think though?

there is MobileSAM goes right after SAMInf for all civs. No additional units made on the forum, so, i didn't insert any.

It has nothing to do with computer skills. It has to do with plain English.

Your mod doesn't work.
I tried with 2001 scenario. The menus of civs and of options (difficoulty level) appear incomplete. Finally, after loading, suddenly appears an error message and then a runtime error message.
I'm sure I've extracted the files in the correct way.
Is your mod compatible with Civ4 v. 1.61?
Could you help me, please?

what language ur civ4 and how u launch my 2001 scenario?

the problem of red dots ( for those minority who has it ) the problem is fixed, redownload the mod
 
Your mod is really good but the worker system makes the game impossible to play.I've already asked you but no answers.. Again: How can I play this beautiful mod with the default worker system?? Please help me .

u will disbalance the scenarios if u make standart worker system! and ur game will be absolutely not interesting since even Brazil can be superpower in 3 years playing any of my scenarios.

but anyway, you have to find everything in civ4units.xml file by your self if you want to change anything.

the language is italian.
I unzipped your 2001 scenario (and also your two 1961 scenarios) in public maps folder. I started the normal CIV4 and I found your scenarios in "Play Scenario". I clicked on one of your scenario, then appear a message saying "this scenario require Max Riga mod to be loaded. Civ4 must be restarted to load this mode"... So I click ok, the system bring me to WINDOWS... and nothing more happen.
I hope you can help me... reading the posts I understand how is fine, funny and well done your mod...

Max, this is the first thing I've done...
I already downloaded other mods that now I use succesfully (for exemple Soviet Union Mod).
I can't understand... but your mod doesn't start

Your version of civ4 should be english too.

So I click ok, the system bring me to WINDOWS... and nothing more happen.
i don't know, the obly problem can be u r doing something wrong
