How do you use mod packs after you d-load them? Thanks a bunch!

Well, I think this site has enough info in the d-load section telling you it, but ok...
THE HARD WAY:
backup all the original files in a directory
create a new directory with the modpack files in it
copy and paste the mod files to the Civ II main directory
THE EASY WAY:
Download the modpack manager
