New Unit
The Spy
A Spy is an individual who uses stealth to infiltrate the enemy civilization. In Dumodios, the Spy is the first unit in the assassination line. The Spy has 3 attack, 1 Defense and 2 Moves, in addition, he is also invisible, has hidden nationality and has pseudo-limited Stealth Attack capabilities. However, he costs more than the Swordsman and suffers a hitpoint penalty, being a single agent as opposed to a group of Swordsman. Spies, and by extension, the rest of the assassination line, are unable to stealth attack air or sea units, leaders, armies or king units. The Spy takes the look of the Spy from the Medieval Age Conquest.

New Civ
Mali
Due to space limitation on the Earth Maps, the Sumerians have been replaced with the Malinese. The Malinese are led by Emperor Mansa Musa. The Malinese UU is the Skirmisher, who replaces the Archer. The Malinese are Commericial and Scientific, start with Pottery and Alphabet, have Level 2 Aggresion and favor Defensive Units, Trade and Science.

The Skirmisher, though used by many nations, is used by Mali in this mod. The Skirmisher replaces the Archer and has 3 attack instead of 2, essentially making him a cheaper Swordsman. On the Earth maps, Mali doesn't have Iron near by, making this unit the primary attacker unless you get the Statue of Zeus or until Longbowmen.

Austria replaces the Celts because 1: Austria-Hungary was a regional power, 2: The Celts weren't and 3: The Celts would be A: a buffer state between Rome, Spain and France or B: Ireland. The Austrians are led by Charles V, have level 4 aggresion, favor offensive, defensive, artillery units, happiness and culture. They like Monarchy and shun Communism.
The Austrian Hussar
The Hussar, though used by most of Europe, is most well known for being Austrian or Polish. The Hussar is a Cavalry with 5 defense(as opposed to 4) and requires Horses and Iron instead of Horses and Saltpeter.
