Mod request: Any mod to erase/harvest/build over resources?

City planning has been a nightmare due to resources appearing on the map (always in the most undesirable places).
If there's a mod that removes resources, please let me know.

Also interested in that for map making, if there is a way to use a map through age transition and have resources not pop up except where they were placed, that would be good.

Yea from what i remember seeing out there, no mod exists for this; it would be really cool if there was one... I'm getting tired of the one tile a wonder could go on being covered by the 10th copy of horses that my empire has...
