[Mod Request] Smaller UI scaling

I play on a 28" 4K screen.

The UI without scaling is mostly OK, however elements of it are a tad small and the eyes do feel a bit strained after a couple of hours solid playing.

UI scaling turned on is awful. Everything is much too big, to the point where icons and city labels are obscuring a lot of the game world and it feels awkward to play - I'm constantly missing important resources and map features because of it.

Can someone make a mod that reduces the UI scaling from what I assume to be double to 1.5 or 1.25 size?

Is there a way to make the unit indicator tokens smaller?

Ideally a unit re-scaling itself would be nice too sort of like the R.E.D. extreme mod from CiV.

Hopefully anyone who looks at this original request and has the abilit takes these other options into account as well.
