I think my request is what many wishes to have, but I cant find a clear answer searching around.
I would like to play a game where the AI as much as possible play with the same rules as I do as Human AND where the AI is smarter when at war. That means not starting with e.g. several settlers/warriors. If it is necessary to tweak then I prefer the AI to have a discount in technology compared to starting with several settlers.
Which Mod Setup would you recommend?
