Mod Support? (Rule with Faith, Tomatekh's HR)

I want to add Historical Religion and RwF support for some of my mods, but I had a quick question on how to do it. I don't usually edit .modinfo files manually, so I still don't fully understand how to add the LoadOrder required for Tomatekh's HR, and for RwF I am not sure how to add compatibility for it altogether. Thanks in advanced.
