Mod that makes map stay coloured?

I have two friend's that can't get into playing civ vi because the hat how the map goes back to brown when not being actively viewed by a unit. They want it to stay coloured. They don't mind it it dims, or that they can't see units, they just want it to stay in colour.

Is there a mod that can do this? Is this even something a mod could do?

I'd also be interested in something that changes the fog of war.

Me too--the brown color also makes the mini-map harder to read.

There is already a mod for this. Look for Improved Fog of War mod in the workshop.
