Mod that resizes the units?

Is there a mod that resizes the units to make them look more in scale to the cities/terrain? Perhaps also increasing the number of people displayed for the unit, from 3 to a larger number, perhaps similar to the larger formations of Civ5?

And if there's no mod like this yet, would it be easy to do these changes myself?
