ModBuddy settings and weird result

Ever since I began using ModBuddy, I've always assumed that it wanted the Civ5 mods folder when the initial setup asked for the user's Civ5 path. Now I'm getting a second "Mods" folder (containing my new work) within the first one; did I specify the wrong folder? Please help...I apologize for sounding like the proverbial "clueless n00b".

c:/program files (x86)/steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v

User
C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5

For Win7 or something similar for other windows OS's.

Yeah, it does sound like you told Modbuddy that your Mods folder was actually within your Mods folder. You should tell it that your Mods folder is your game folder. See Horem's post.

Also:
