Modding Basics: XML 101

The Error says

Tag: in Info class was incorrect
Current Xml File is: Units/CIV4PromotionInfos.xml

I deleted the three extra files. I can only remember that one was an alternate of one of the original ones. Hope that helps. If not, oh well I don't think it was that important.

That's not a Civ4 issue but an OS (Win?) issue. You probably need Administrator right for the file/folder.
