Hello, I am new to this forum and to modding.
I have tried to create a new civilization (called 9gag) using Firaxis ModBuddy, but I am encountering some issues. I can't find my civilization when choosing a leader, however on my previous versions when I was using Elizabeth as my leader I could see it and choose it. Now that I am using "Ray Chan" you can't see/choose it. Would it be possible for someone to take a look at my incomplete mod and see what the error is? (Versions 1, 2, 3 and 4 are here. In version 2 it is working, not on-wards though)
