Modding tourism buff in Monopolies and Corporations

Grateful for your time. Where in SQL is the value for the tourism buff given in Monopolies and Corporations? I enjoy the buff in concept but it's too strong, and I'd like to reduce it if possible.

IIRC, that value is hardcoded.
