And also, not to be difficult, but I have seen some people suggesting massed fleets around off-shore resources. This is well and good unless there are nukes, if there are, then you would want a net of spread out ships, rather than massive concentrations, as most people won't waste a nuke to hit a single ship unless it particularly obstructs their objectives in some way.
